Today I have on a very special local band called CURE FOR GRAVITY whom I heard at the recent Oakland First Fridays Art Murmur. I do a MIKE ON MOBILE from their rehearsal studios! Plus we'll hear from Benita, the Disgruntled Fiddle Player, and the Brewmaster! And Taylor Swift says, "It's a greedy music business story, baby just say no" to Spotify.

The elections took place today and even Nate Silver the amazing election prognosticator said the Republicans were taking the Senate. So what? I really don't think I'll be spending the next 24 hours listening to this story since it's NOT an interesting story. Little extreme districts across this land want us to stay in the dark ages and that's what's great about America--we all get a voice. In two years, the people who stayed home today are going to be scared and shocked enough to come running out to the polls. Four years ago the tanned Boehner man had his day in the news spotlight.  Today it's Mitch the Kentucky turtle. The more things change the more things remain scary as s*#@! Oh, and the new Downton Abbey is sad. Sad for dog lovers. I explain why (mini-spoiler).
